No matter how dry the wilderness or how deep the heartbreak, our God is a God who restores, redeems, and builds lasting legacies out of our surrendered lives.
This August, we step into a rich, four-part journey exploring Christ’s tender compassion, household stewardship, and the unyielding faith of women throughout Scripture:
Christ’s Healing Compassion and Tender Mercy (8/1 – 8/6): Walk with Jesus as He receives the prodigal, heals the woman with the issue of blood, raises the widow's son at Nain, and responds to the desperate, persistent faith of mothers crying out for their children.
Faithfulness at Home, Character, and Spiritual Legacy (8/7 – 8/14): Examine the ripple effect of a woman's faith in the home—from Philip's prophesying daughters and the jailer’s entire family being saved, to the quiet strength of godly character, gentle instruction, and loving motherly discipline.
God’s Unseen Hand in the Wilderness and Household Trials (8/15 – 8/20): Revisit Hagar at the well of the Living One who sees her, Leah finding her value in praise, Rachel remembered by God, Tamar’s unexpected inclusion in the promise, and Jochebed’s fearless motherly love at the Nile.
Bold Faith, Covenant Loyalty, and Prayerful Mothers (8/21 – 8/31): Witness Miriam's song of triumph, Zelophehad’s daughters securing their heritage, Rahab’s faith, Deborah and Jael’s victory, Ruth’s steadfast loyalty, and Hannah’s tearful, surrendered prayer that birthed a prophet.
